PENGARUH WORKPLACE BULLYING DAN PERCEIVED SUPERVISOR SUPPORT TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION

This study aims to analyze the effect of Workplace Bullying and Perceived Supervisor Support on Turnover Intention Employees a Private University in Yogyakarta.. research is quantitative through survey method using questionnaire. The sample this were some employees Yogyakarta with total 71 employees. sampling technique non-probability Incidental Sampling method. unit analysis used individual, namely employee Yogyakarta. uses an instrument test conducted validity reliability tests as condition before testing hypothesis, while multiple regression hypothesis. results hypothesis indicate that first accepted, work bullying has positive significant turnover intentions, second rejected, influence supervisor support perceptions no intention.
